Leading Experts Confident in Health of Spanish Property Market

Leading Experts Confident in Health of Spanish Property Market

The next few years look very promising as the Spanish property
market continues to grow from strength to strength.
With more new homes being built, more homes being sold, and all the growth, some people were sceptical that the property market could continue into the long term, even though the early signs suggested the recovery was as sustainable as it was steady.

Now some leading analysts of the Spanish property industry are now speaking of their confidence in the health of the property market, and that it wasn’t another bubble about to burst. The latest data on house prices for March shows property prices across the country have risen between 1.8% and 4.5%. This regional variation is the driving force behind the confidence in the long-term health of Spain.

Real estate expert Mark Stücklin analysed the data from the Tinsa index. His analysis led him to the conclusion that average asking prices are very healthy right now, and are showing no signs of overheating.

He added that the Balearics is the only place where the higher price increases – as much as over 4% - are an outlier. The reason for this is that there is less landmass there, meaning there is less property and higher premiums.

The mainland of Spain is much more sober market – a fact agreed on by the Bank of Spain. Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado – the head of the Spanish Developers’ Association – said the recovery is “normal” thanks to the average price increase of 3% in February over last year. To contrast this, a 3% gain would have been considered a small growth for a month back in the peak of the property boom in 2006.

The market this time is much more stable, secure, and attractive.

Survey Finds the Expat Life is Great for Wealth, Health, and Happiness

Survey Finds the Expat Life in Spain is Great for Wealth, Health, and Happiness

Living in the Costa del Sol is great for your Health.
A new survey by international real estate company MoveHub has discovered that moving to another country such as Spain due to the climate can really benefit your wallet, your body and your mind. They polled 1,000 people from across the UK, half of whom were expats and half that had never lived abroad. Their polling found that 69% of the people that had lived abroad would describe their health as being good or better. On the other hand only 58% of the people who never lived abroad could say the same.

Around 40%, compared to the 28% of people who were, or had been, expats said that they felt they earned a good salary. All of these benefits spread to happiness too. 63% of expats felt that they were happy or very happy. This was higher than the 53% of non-expats.

The study by MoveHub is just the latest sign that living in another country can lead to a lot of benefits. Other surveys have suggested this too. In fact there are barely any drawbacks at all. Expats are better educated, are more open-minded and willing to embrace another culture, and find themselves part of wide and varied social circles. As long as they do a little research before they move anyway.

Moving to Spain is a great way to experience these benefits and more. Spain has a great climate and a friendly culture, as well as the fantastic Mediterranean diet. Spain has quickly become the ideal choice for British and Irish people who want to try living in another country.

Spain is also currently in the middle of recovering their economy and property market. This means that it’s a great choice for people as they are more likely to find themselves living the good life experienced by expats in Spain.

Expats have better levels of happiness and health living is southern Spain

As per survey, expats have better levels of happiness and health

Usually, expats and northern Europeans who buy property in Costa del Sol and move to different countries like southern Spain have an overall better life, when health, happiness and richness is considered.

Costa del Sol brings Expats happiness and health
As per a new survey by MoveHub, an international relocation firm, expats who move to other countries enjoy several benefits, such as increased wealth, health and overall happiness.

In the survey, a total of 1,000 people from UK and Ireland took part, 50% of whom were staying abroad previously or are current expats from some other country, while the rest 50% belonged to the same country. Among the expats, 69% of the people said that they have good to very good health and happiness. However, only 58% of the people who were of the same country said that they were happy.

Expats who participated in the survey were of the opinion that they made or are making good money overseas. While 40% of the expats opined so, only 28% of the local populace was of the same opinion.

Even in terms of happiness, only 53% of the non-expat community said that they were happy, while a whopping 63% of the expat population said that they were happy.

This survey by MoveHub is one of the hundreds of surveys that indicate that the experience of life in a different country is beneficial in several aspects, which include open-mindedness, cross cultural cooperation and a wide social circle. Also, the disadvantages of living the expat life are fairly low and the pros outweigh the cons in all aspects.

By relocating and even starting up a business to Spain, you will be welcomed by a wonderful climate in Spain and warm people. There are several benefits of shifting to Spain, making it one of the favorite choices among Brits and people from Ireland.

The economy of Iran is also emerging to be strong gradually, which ensures good wealth and happy life to expats who are planning to move in to Spain.
